If day long lines to get a doctor’s appointment, months worth of waits for surgery, and massive taxpayer expense means it works, yes it does.

Anything that the government makes “free” (subsidized by the taxpayer) is going to be abused, overused, and bureaucratically overregulated. It will be a disaster unless Obamacare is repealed immediately.
