BTW, for those of you who state that Democrats hate vets and soldiers. This was written and sponsored by a Viet Nam war vet by the name of Jim Webb who is also a Democratic congressman. He also got support for it by all Democrats and some support for it by some Republicans. So, once again the Democrats prove themselves to truly be pro-troops.

Probably because the Democrats have thrown some type of pork barrel funding in there that he disagrees with !!
